"Excellent view from the room and common/ breakfast area of the lake and mountains beyond. Comfortable, cosy room with great bathroom facilities. Staff extremely helpful with advice on local restaurants, weather and booking trips for us. Easy walk to and from town, but there is a shuttle car service in the evening for when the weather makes walking less appealing!"

"Enjoyed the stay, the room was very warm and when opening the window to let in the fresh air the street below was active at all hours of the night. The room was clean and well kept. The hotel is centrally located and convenient to everything including the boats heading to the Antarctica. Would recommend for convenience."
