"The house was amazing and in a great location. The kids enjoyed being on a lake and seeing ducks all day long, as well as canoes and kayaks. Lower Mills Estate is a great place to vacation - very family friendly with lots of activities and sites nearby. Beautiful house and beautiful grounds, very peaceful. Two things to know about the house are that the kitchen and family room are on the third floor, so there are lots of steps to climb, and the steps are pretty steep compared to what we are...

"Very thoughtfully prepared cozy space. We enjoyed staying there with our two daughters. The o communication was excellent and check in and out very seamless. Location is superb if desiring to stay in Burton in the water. Beautiful, quaint town. Only complaint was lack of cooling. Luckily able to cool off at night with windows open. "We had a wonderful stay in this delightful cottage overlooking the lake, with passing wildlife, plenty of sunshine, and beautiful views. Both balcony bedrooms shared the same outlook, making the mornings especially memorable. The house is very comfortable for up to 7 guests, with a large open-plan living area featuring a balcony, log fire, TV, big kitchen table, and a well-equipped kitchen.
