This Boutique B&B has 3 bedrooms and a GAME ROOM in the basement. 2 Kings, 2 twins, 2 futons, and couch for comfortable sleeping. Great yard for pets. Plenty of places for privacy and gathering, i.e. reading nooks and relaxing spaces.

Easy access to I-40 and I-27. Fresh, modern renovations. Walking distance of 2 City parks. Oliver-Eakle neighborhood has beautiful homes and tree-lined brick streets. Close to Civic Center, Hodgetown, Wolflin Village shopping and dining, and uptown activities.

Although, boho noc can sleep 9 adults comfortably, it is intimate in scale and we create an ambiance of being a personal guest in our bungalow, rather than a hotel occupant. In addition to 4 private bedrooms, we have multiple gathering spaces, porches, and patios for guests to enjoy and maybe make some new friends walking through the neighborhood.

Each space at boho noc is furnished and decorated to highlight the local style and guest comfort. Each guest’s room is uniquely and attractively decorated and has upscale beds, linens, and amenities.

Although, boho noc is near the middle of the bustling downtown activities, it is a hidden gem nestled in a peaceful and treasured, tree lined neighborhood with a lot of personality. Within walking distance of 2 City parks, Oliver-Eakle Park has an enjoyable fountain, nice walking paths and picnic tables and Memorial Park incorporates more activities like Pickleball courts (there is a bag of paddles & balls in the front closet), Tennis courts, Basketball courts, Splashpad (in the summer), playground, rose garden, sculpture garden, and walking paths. The perfect base for our guests to discover beautiful and historic district of Amarillo.

Free parking for multiple vehicles. There is a single drive with a quarter circle drive. Street parking is also available, except M-F 4pm-6pm.
