"The word that best describes the hotel is fantastic! There are three buses operating 24 hours a day to take you to the Haram and bring you back (it’s only a 5-minute ride). "The staff are amazingly hospitable and work very hard to resolve any issue. Every single person we interacted with smiling and willing to help. We travel alot and this hotel has the best workers all round! They even helped rebook train tickets. Very pleasant. Hotel is walking distance to Haram and lots of ahopping nearby. They also have 2 coffee shops on premises and 2 restaurants. "
