"This inn was a pleasant surprise. We didn’t know what to expect with the name, but it was great. We stayed in a room for six, the beds were comfortable and the restaurant downstairs was very convenient. We were able to order dinner and bring it up to our room. Breakfast was delicious! The only negative was no Air Conditioning, and it was warm in the room. "Great location and nice pub. Parking on site is very limited but there is a large public car park very close. Staff were fine. One or two smiled and were friendly but the rest seemed quite miserable although they did the job effectively. Cleaning staff in the accommodation were lovely. Food was functional but after the first night didn’t bother eating there again. Downside was our room. It had a lovely view but was in the rafters and getting in and out of bed was treacherous as you’d either bang...

"The pictures on the site do not represent the reality of this hotel. It’s currently very run down and in need of lots of work. We stayed for 3 nights, we only had 3 towels and although we asked for more twice, were not given any and they weren’t changed during our stay. The bathroom looked new but unfinished. There was nowhere to put shampoo etc. in the shower, the floor was slippy (I bought a rubber mat for them) the toilet flush was dodgy and neither the fan or light above the mirror worked....

"This is the best room i have stayed in within this kind of setting. I booked a single budget room. It was brilliant. Very large room with a small double bed in it , much better than a single bed. Lovely bedding. Lovely spacious bathroom with fabulous products.no need to bring your own. Great brands of tea, coffee and biscuits. At breakfast i ask ed for mine to be cooked well done however it came back with pale bacon and sausage. All i ate was the egg. However their was lovely berries, greek...
