"Although the first room wasn’t up to our expectations and the neighbors were extremely loud, the front desk staff were very kind and offered a different room and when that was just as bad with the noise they gave us one last room. If it wasn’t for that kindness in switching we would have driven back to Monticello. Thank you for giving us a quiet room in the end and being kind. "

"This home’s location on the canal was lovely. The 2 decks on either side of the living area on the 3rd floor provided excellent views of the canal and the gorgeous sunsets. The dock made it easy to use our kayak and fish. There was an outdoor grill and fire pit area as well. All were well maintained.This house has a pool under construction. We knew this when we rented it so went in knowing there would be noise/construction debris. The crew did not work Saturday or Sunday, which was nice. The...
