The Space:
Comprised of two distinct homes that can each be booked individually, you now have the flexibility and convenience of booking both together, making this the perfect option for a couple’s retreat, family vacation, or friend’s getaway where you and your guests will each have your own unique and private space to retreat to during quieter hours.

Begin your exploration right outside your front door as you head out on a short walk to the beach to spend full days on the sparkling sand soaking up the plentiful sunshine. The iconic Cape Neddick Nubble Lighthouse, a short 8-minute drive north, stands proudly atop a rocky outcrop, offering picture-perfect moments to capture the glittering sunrise or sunset. On your way there, you’ll run into a variety of options to get your shopping and dining on, or you can head in the opposite direction to check out historic York Harbor and York Corner for even more local treasures. For nature lovers, there are a number of hiking trails in the area, including the Mount Agamenticus Trail which offers stunning views of the surrounding countryside.

Each home’s interior offers exactly everything you need for a fulfilling vacation, curated with comfortable furnishings to maximize your relaxation and connectivity. At the end of long days on your feet, sink back into plush sofa seating while you stream that new movie you’ve been saving on the mounted smart TVs. The kitchenettes are ideal for food storage as well as whipping up light snacks, each offering a microwave, toaster oven, refrigerator, and electric cooktop. Drip coffee makers will help start your day off right, enjoying your freshly brewed cup at café tables for 2 or outdoors while overlooking the picturesque views of the neighborhood. Just a few minutes away, you’ll also find the iconic Nubble Lighthouse, one of Maine’s most photographed landmarks offering breathtaking ocean views and a classic New England backdrop.

Amazing beach getaway

We loved this property! Probably one of our favorite family vacations. We loved the location and how close it was to the beach. I also highly recommend checking out the sunrise one morning, that may have been the highlight of our trip!
