At L'Oleandra you can live in a peaceful environment while being in the historic center of Volta Montavana with its ancient castle, and a short walk from the river Mincio and the bike path that leads you to Lake Garda and Mantua. Villa L'Olendra is located about 15 km from Peschiera del Garda, 40 km from Verona, and about 150 km from Milan and Venice.The morainic hills surrounding the area allow the production of wines of particular value such as Lugana and offer a relaxing landscape.The ParkYou enter the Property from the large ancient and you can park up to 4 cars in the not covered area in front of the Villa.L’Oleandra is surrounded by a park of about 1000 square meters constantly maintained and protected by tall plants.In the garden, there is a large swimming pool suitable for swimming or relaxing in the sun.The EntranceEntering the villa you are immediately greeted by the typical historical style of the manor villas.
