2 things. When we arrived, I wanted a bottle of wine, even those small bottles to take to the room after a very long drive. The girl at the front desk who could barely speak or understand english she didn't know and if it wasn't in the snack area, they didn't have any.
My recommendation is to have wine and beer options for guests. We had dinner reservations during the happy hour.
2) the fire alarm went off at 7am Sunday morning jolting us and the everyone in the hotel out of bed. As it turns out someone pulled the fire alarm by mistake, which didn't make the experience any better. Then we were on the top floor, once we all were able to go back to our rooms, the elevators were packed full of ppl, we opted to walk up the stairs, 7 floors, not fun.
