Our little adobe guesthouse was first constructed sometime around 1930, but has been completely updated - no detail overlooked! Just 4 blocks to the University of Arizona or Banner UMC! Half mile to the Streetcar with easy access to 4th Ave district and downtown. Stay in the middle of it all.
