The space
First floor: Open living room and dining/kitchen area. One full bath and bunk room. Laundry room and bonus entertainment room. Two doors to the massive back deck.
Second floor: Master room with king bed and desk space for remote work. Fully remodeled full bath. Walk-through bedroom with two fulls, connected to the final bedroom with a queen.

Guest access
Guest can access the entire house and yard, minus two supply closets and one shed. Access to the community lake, swimming pools, basketball and tennis courts, mini-golf, and community cafe through can be paid for at the front welcome center.
Other things to note
Access to the home is through a community security gate and will require you to first sign in at the welcome center. Sometimes this can take over 30 minutes during the busy summer season - please plan accordingly.
There is no parking allowed on the streets - you must park in the driveway of the house or the back lot (accessed by the road behind the house.) Guests are responsible for all tickets/fees.
