The Shores #301 - Pack your bags and settle into this very nice 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo with incredible beachfront views on Redington Shores. Everything you need is here to have a truly one of a kind vacation, including close proximity to everything. 7 night rental minimum, Saturday arrival/departure required. Call for exceptions. You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

This unit offers a spacious floor plan, including a full kitchen with granite countertops, and is fully stocked with utensils as well as a washer and dryer for your use. An eating area for four leads you into the large living room that is comfortably furnished including a flat screened television. The outdoor balcony provides beautiful gulf views, perfect for a relaxing and unwinding. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and a small sitting area. The second bedroom has a queen and one twin bed, updated June 2017. This is a perfect retreat for up to five people maximum. Both bathrooms are spotless and SunHost makes certain that every need is met, including fresh linens, extra pillows, and plenty of towels are fully stocked. This property also includes free WIFI.

As a SunHost guest, you will have access to office services, including copying and printing boarding passes. Seven day a week maintenance service is available as well as an after hours on call person. This is a non smoking home. Please note, pets are not allowed in this condo, or any SunHost managed condo.

Located just steps from the beach, heated pool, BBQ area and other amenities, this prime condo is about 5 miles north of popular John's Pass, which offers a variety of restaurants, unique shopping and entertainment along a pirate themed 1,100 foot boardwalk - a popular destination for locals and tourists alike. The Pass is a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's number 1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gumps, Hooters and Hubbards Marina and also world famous Bamboo Beer Garden.

Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. Its 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. This beautiful Gulf getaway, has something for everyone, including dolphin watching, water sports along some of the most beautiful crystal clear waters in the world.

Nearest airports are Tampa International Airport at just over 20 miles and St. Petersburg Clearwater International at 10 miles away.

This unit requires Saturday Arrival and Departure, 7 night minimum stay.

Great Beach and Condo Complex

Unit 301 was not as well supplied and maintained as other units we have stayed in at this complex. No basic items like hand soap, laundry detergent, paper towels, and only one trash bag. Linens few in number and very thin. Toaster does not pop up as set and there were small bugs on the kitchen counter. Refrigerator needed filters changed and kept beeping. Upon arrival there were dirty towels and sheets in the laundry area; contacted Sunhost and these were promptly removed. Just some things to think about and maybe take care of. We love The Shores and certainly hope to return.

Great stay

Place was perfect for us, weather was perfect. Pool wasn't heated so nobody used it but we knew that going into the week. I had inquired beforehand with the property management company if the unit had beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. but for some reason, they said they couldn't confirm. The unit does have several beach chairs, an umbrella and some other small beach items. We would absolutely rent this unit again.

Noisy

Poorly build and needs remolded. You can hear everything your neighbors are doing. We kept hearing the people above us walking and sliding their kitchen chairs in. When the neighbors beside us would leave in and out their door you can hear them talking and shutting their door as if they are in your condo. Definitely house keeping needs to do a better job with cleaning. The floors are dirty and their is a lot of dirt built up in the corners of the floor and on the trim. There is only two kitchen towels and two dish clothes. On a positive note the location and views are the best things about the condo.

Loved the views

Loved the views from the porch and the heated saline pool! We took advantage of all the opportunities we could to swim and watch the sunsets. The kitchen was well-stocked and had a full-sized washer and dryer. The storage rooms and closets were plentiful! Furniture and beds were in good shape.

The condo is well decorated, but needs some help in the overall maintenance. Master bath doesn't drain, the exhaust fan doesn't work, and the toilet tank leaks. Also, the condo does not provide any liquid dish soap, oven mitts, paper towels, salt & pepper. Most of the places we have rented from do have these items, wish we had known in advance. The view is great.

Great condo on the beach. We have stayed here before and still a great place. Like the upgraded bed in the front smaller bedroom. Wish they would upgrade the king bed in the master with a more comfortable bed. Overall a very relaxing place to stay. We will stay here again when visiting our kids.

Condo was great

I booked thru VRBO for $826 but when I got the confirmation from SUn Coast it was $1100. When I adked about it I was told the website was wrong and $1100 was correct. We had to accapt this because another family we were traveling with booked their condo and this was the only one left. I also prefer to not go thru a real estate company but an owner. Condos thru a rental company are not equipped with basic kitchen supplies, i. e. Salt and pepper etc.

Beautiful - bring all supplies

The condo was beautiful wth full views of the Gulf of Mexico right out in front off our balcony. A word of caution - Be sure to get ALL supples before going to the condo - paper towels, coffee filters, dish washing liquid, sponges,etc., as NOthing is supplied except toilet paper.

It was really nice and furnished well

It was even better than I had imagined. My family and I enjoyed it so much we are going to try to get the same place again next year. The layout of the unit was wonderful and spacious so we weren't in each other's way. They had just about everything there. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking to get away and stay at the beach.
