With space for family and friends, this coastal retreat offers comfort and connection steps from the sand.

Sleeping arrangements
Two connected coastal homes, Salt Therapy North and South, host up to 12 guests across six bedrooms with six beds. Each home includes three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms, combining for four full and two half baths in total. Fresh linens, towels, and bathroom essentials are provided, and each home includes a washer and dryer for added convenience.

Outdoor living
Spend afternoons by the private saltwater pool, available year-round for a refreshing swim after the beach. The covered patio and ocean-view dining area create inviting spaces to relax and share meals. Although unheated, the pool is yours to enjoy surrounded by palms and fresh ocean air (no hot tub).

Kitchen & dining
Each home features a full kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster. Prepare simple coastal meals and gather at the dining table to share them. With cooking basics and dishes provided, everything you need to cook and serve is within reach.

Comfort & convenience
Stay connected with Wi-Fi and unwind with a 50-inch HDTV. Air conditioning, ceiling fans, and heating provide year-round comfort. An elevator connects all three levels, making every space accessible, while self check-in by keypad ensures a smooth arrival.

Parking & pets
Enjoy free driveway parking for up to three vehicles. The property is Dog-friendly, welcoming dogs (fee applies) along with assistance animals.

Safety & accessibility
The home includes a smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit for peace of mind.

-Pool is Not Heated. No Hot Tub.
-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.
-Pet Disclaimer: Properties listed as "Pet Friendly", Only Accept Dog(s), 2 maximum (where allowed), subject to breed and weight restrictions. Pre-Approval is required along with separate pet fees collected after you book. Pet Fee is $75 per night, not to exceed $750, plus taxes. Fee for a 2nd dog is dependent upon breed, weight & approval.
