Our Jacuzzi amenity is set at 100 degrees. The actual swimming pool water temperature may be or may not be at 84 deg since this largely depends on the air temperature and wind factors which are not within our control. If a cold front approaches and there is a big drop in the temperature, the water temperature will drop also even though our motor is still set to run at 84 deg. Owner or Agent cannot be held accountable for the water temperature. Owner guarantees that the pool heater is set at 84 degrees for the pool and 100 degrees for Jacuzzi. If on the rare occasion that the air temperature drops below 50 degrees, most pool heaters will shut off due to the strain on the motor to keep it from burning out. There is not anything anyone can do to override this safety feature. This villa can accommodate up to 26 people and there is and additional charge when exceeding 14 guests. Airbnb webpage only allows you to choose up to 16 guest only and they are not able to display more than 16 guest max capacity on their site. please email me and I would be happy to provide you with an exact quote for your group when you have more than 16 guests. No college age spring breakers without parents, please. When you have more than 16 people in your group, you agree to pay the owner separately for the additional guests at the rate of $10/night/person since Airbnb can only process 16 guests maximum on their platform.
