OVERVIEW: Welcome to Spring Lake! Unwind, relax, and enjoy Rehoboth Beach/Dewey Beach in this beautiful PET-FRIENDLY 2-bedroom, two-bathroom condo located in the idyllic & serene Spring Lake community. Nature surrounds this quiet condo in a park-like setting with a pond view from the balcony. Close to the beach, with a large community pool (Pools are typically open from Memorial Day through Labor Day). Enjoy great restaurants, shopping, and more within walking distance. One primary bedroom has a king bed, and the second one offers a king bed and a TV. Additional queen sleep sofa in the living room. Sliding glass doors open up to a quiet balcony overlooking the pond.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to enjoy a home-cooked meal. The spacious living/dining area has a cathedral ceiling and skylights, providing ample space to relax after a long day at the beach.
Ample storage space is found throughout, and a full washer & dryer are in the unit. An outdoor shower is available by the community pool. Plenty of parking, free Wi-Fi, and beach equipment are available to guests. Book today for an affordable and relaxing beach vacation!
LOCATION: Centrally located between downtown Rehoboth and Dewey, take a short walk or bike ride just 1 mile to your toes in the sand. Walk to the Rehoboth Boardwalk or hike the Thompson Island Trail to the Bay. Go Surf Fishing at the nearby Delaware State Parks or shop at the tax-free Tanger Outlets just north on Rt 1! Whether you want to spend the day at the neighborhood pool or make it a beach day, your ideal vacation awaits you here in Rehoboth Beach!
PARKING: Assigned parking for two cars, and overflow is available across from the mailboxes.
AMENITIES: Ceiling fans, Wi-Fi, CATV, community pool, and electronic keypad for easy check-in.
THINGS TO KNOW: The 199.99 processing fee is non-refundable in the event you cancel. One dog is permitted with a paid pet fee. Linens are not supplied. However, we do offer a rental package to guests.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the"Damage Waiver"). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host before checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Nice quiet spot. Large open living/ dining/ kitchen area. Plenty of tv/reading/iPad seats. Bedrooms are large and plenty of storage for clothes. One has a walk in closet connecting bedroom and bathroom which is very convenient for dressing. Deck overlooking pond with table and chairs. Pool is a very short walk; the kids loved it. I did not attempt to walk to boardwalk so it was a few minute drive. I got a permit to make parking easier when going to beach or boardwalk. If you have a dog it’s a great spot to walk them; there’s a trail behind the complex. A good spot to be if you don't want to be crowded. There's a traffic light to get onto the main road so no worries about stop signs or crossing if walking or biking.

Clean 2-bedroom condo. Entrance is on the first floor and you walk up one flight of steps into the condo. Kitchen is stocked with cutlery, utensils, and dishes. Large bedrooms. Very peaceful and quiet neighborhood. An easy bike ride to the beach if you bring bikes. There is a closet by the entrance that has beach chairs and beach umbrellas to use which was nice. Overall we really enjoyed out stay.

Week at the beach

Condo was great. Just the right size for our family the complex had a great pool, lots of seating, tables and umbrellas. It was our first time to Rehoboth/Dewey. The complex was a mile from either town

Enjoyed location, supplies provided, back porch and cleanliness. We had family in other units and we definitely were happy with our stay. Hope to visit again soon. Our dog loved it! Thank you for opening your place to make many memories.

Needs a good cleaning and plumbing fixed

The property is nice but definitely needs a good cleaning and the plumbing fixed. There was a lot of dust and cobwebs throughout and crumbs under kitchen appliances. I had to clean when we got there. The other issue was none of the toilets flushed. You would have to flush multiple times to get it to flush. I did mention the cleanliness to the property manager but chose to clean myself.

Perfect for a trip with pets and family!

Very comfortable and beautifully decorated condo for a trip to the beach. Kitchen well appointed. Nice Master BR with large tiled shower. Second bedroom is nice and directly across the hall from 2nd bedroom, but I did have issues connecting to some programs on the Roku. Since I had my laptop, it wasn't an issue for me. Nice deck and view. The location is very convenient to most of the popular beach areas and even a trip to Berlin, MD less than 1 hr away. I (and my dog) loved the Thompson Island nature trail. One caveat - it is a second floor unit with a good sized staircase. My own house is two floors so I'm used to navigating the stairs frequently so again, was not a problem for me. Would definitely book this again!

Loved Unit #721 - I would give 10 stars!

I booked this property through Vrbo. I was so pleasantly surprised. Unit #721 was so beautifully decorated and all of the rooms were spacious. Spring Lake Property is just absolutely beautiful especially the units in the 700's which all overlook a gorgeous pond with flowers and foliage. There is a long, shaded hiking trail in the back of the property. The pool is quite large, and has a 25 yd. lap lane for me to swim laps. Lots of awnings, umbrellas and lounge chairs surrounding the pool area.
