The master bedroom sports a king size bed which looks out to sliding doors with floor to ceiling mountain views and open up for a generous, cool breeze, where you can enjoy sunrise views. The ensuite bathroom with double sinks and shower stoll provide comfort and privacy.

The guest bedroom shares the view and breeze, and sports 2 twin size beds which can sleep one person each or be pushed together to make a bed for 2.

The kitchen is loaded with all the pots, pans and cooking utensils needed to cook a four course meal for your family or just to whip up a snack. In addition, a blender, espresso machine and toaster oven are at your service. You can sit on top of barstools at the kitchen bar or make your way to the dining table to seat up to 6 people at once.

The living area features a large sectional couch and a huge Smart TV for entertainment purposes. Netflix, Amazon Prime and Youtube come preloaded for your enjoyment.

A one-tower washer and dryer are located in the unit's laundry room, which is also equipped with a water dispenser with hot and cold water, extra space for groceries, and a utility sink.

THE DEVELOPMENT - GRAND VENETIAN

This high-end property is private for owners and renters. The entrances are gated and security is on-site 24/7. There are four pools to choose from including two large beachfront, infinity pools with exquisite views of downtown Puerto Vallarta, boating and beach activities. Underground parking spaces are included in addition to an exercise center, a spa, tennis courts and game room for your enjoyment.

Grand Venetian is 10 minutes from the airport by taxi, and 10 minutes by bus ($0.60 US) to downtown. The grounds are meticulously manicured, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Taxis are readily available and the bus stops right in front of the property. Grocery stores (La Comer, Costco, Wal-mart, Sam's Club, Soriana), restaurants, Starbucks, cinema (movies in English with Spanish sub-titles) and many other conveniences are within walking distance. Right across the street are fine dining options such as La Dolce Vita, La Vaca Argentina, Campomar, and La Madalena amongst others.

Along the beach it's a 45 minute walk to the city center. Grand Venetian is one of the few condo developments located within the busy and vibrant hotel zone. Gorgeous views of the ocean, mountains, and sunset from inside the condo.

Guest Access

Guests have full access to the two bedroom condo and all of the building amenities.
NOTE: No outside visitors allowed at the moment.

I or one of my associates will meet you at Grand Venetian to check you in and familiarize yourself with the condos and building grounds.

The Neighborhood

Grand Venetian is located in the ""Hotel Zone"" or ""Zona Hotelera"" and is the center point of Puerto Vallarta, in-between Marina Vallarta and El Centro (downtown). There are several delicious restaurants, nightclubs and grocery stores within walking distance and you are also a short bus or taxi ride away from the bustling streets of downtown or a tranquil walk in the Marina.

Other things to note
- Renters must be at least 28 years old.
- No outside visitors are allowed.
- You will be required to agree to a condominium consent form. Any violation of the condominium rules may attract a fine of $100 USD or more.
- Lost wristbands and gym access cards each incur a replacement fee of $100 USD per item or $2,000 pesos. - One weekly housekeeping is included for stays of 7 nights or more.
- Hanging towels or clothes on the balconies is strictly forbidden.
- Sitting on the furniture or beds while wearing wet clothing is also prohibited.

Like many coastal areas in Puerto Vallarta, the nearby rivers and beaches are natural habitats for wildlife, including the occasional crocodile. Sightings are uncommon but possible, especially in the rainy season. We recommend keeping a safe distance from wildlife and avoiding swimming near river mouths.
