The rustic-style kitchen is fully equipped, offering everything necessary to prepare delicious home-cooked meals. On this same floor is a bedroom with two single beds, also with direct access to the outside, and a complete bathroom. A wide wooden staircase leads to the first floor, which provides access to an additional living room, a perfect space to relax or enjoy a movie. On this floor is the main bedroom, a cosy double room with access to a small balcony from which impressive views of the surrounding landscape and the mountains rising on the horizon can be enjoyed. There is also another bedroom with two single beds, ideal for children or friends travelling together, and both rooms share a modern bathroom with a floor-level shower, providing comfort and privacy to guests.The villa's gardens are simply spectacular, with a well-maintained landscape surrounding the generously sized pool. The new keys must be collected from our office by the guest.On the day of departure, no rubbish must be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a fee of €150 for waste management will be applied.The guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of 26 October) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to the arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.
