Stay less than 8 minutes from the parks in this elegant villa with 4 suites, 4.5 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and laundry room. With Wi-Fi and TVs in all bedrooms, it sleeps 8 guests, plus a small sofa bed for a child or small adult. A dedicated workspace is also available.

Guest Information:

Housekeeping: Cleaning is not provided during the stay. Optional daily or mid-stay service available upon request (extra fee).

Food & Beverages: Not provided, in compliance with Florida law. Guests must supply their own groceries and condiments.

Trash Disposal: Trash is collected daily. Please use 13-gallon bags and place them in the bin outside next to the front door to help keep the home clean and tidy.

Parking: Designated parking spot in front of the house.

Linens & Towels: Clean sheets and towels provided. Washcloths are not included due to health regulations.

For your convenience, we provide starter supplies including soap, a dish sponge, dish detergent, paper towels, and toilet paper. Guests can purchase any additional items at nearby supermarkets.

Kitchen Amenities: Blender, toaster, regular coffee machine, air fryer, Nespresso Vertuo Machine.

Extra fee for BBQ use ($75 one-time).
