Just as described. Gated backyard perfect for pets. Host reponded really fast to any questions. Peaceful and relaxing. I stayed for an event near by and I enjoyed my stay.

My family and I had a wonderful stay! The rental property had everything we needed and truly felt like a home away from home. It’s in a great location, close to popular attractions like Universal Studios and Disney. The check-in and check-out process was seamless, and we really appreciated having access to the pool and gym. Nice Location

This rental was perfect for me and my mom for a couple days, the location was great for our activities in the area. The amenities of the apartment complex were also very nice. This space is pet friendly so my mom could bring her little cat with us, (a big reason why we choose it). Check-in process was also easy, the gate guard was helpful and so was the staff at the main building where I bought the car pass. Overall, I would recommend this rental.

Great place to stay!

The peoperty was overall really clean and well maintained. Was very beautiful! The listing, however, did not mention a 25 parking fee. But other than that, we loved this place!

The townhome was very nice and in a convenient location. There were some minor things that could be added depending on length of stay, but we were very pleased, and enjoyed our stay.

Great place to stay for a visit to the parks.

We had a great stay at this vacation home in Kissimmee. The location is excellent, conveniently situated close to everything, yet in a peaceful and quiet setting. The house itself is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, and the Terra Verde resort is very pleasant with a relaxing atmosphere. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly throughout. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Villa!

We have no complaints. Sarah was there, if we had any questions. Would highly recommend this villa to rent. The villa was everything I wanted to rent for 2 months.

Wonderful

Sarah's place was amazing! We didn't really stay much at the condo but for sleeping. But it had everything one would need to stay there and never leave. Everything from a private hot tub to a swimming pool, fitness center, and beautiful flowers to admire. Thank you!!!

Great house at a great price

this is a great house at a great price. the resort is lovely. I loved walking around the lake every day. Hot tub was nice and the bed was super comfortable.

Great accommodations

2 story townhouse was clean and tastefully furnished with all the amenities. We were all so comfortable including our two Chihuahuas:-). The hotub definitely came in handy as it is cold here nights this time of year.We didnt get to use the clubhouse amenities but they have everything as well.Sarah was AMAZING and came to my rescue when I had initial reouble booking. Overall rhe experience was wonderful

Excellent Disney Family Rental

We loved the ease of checkin, Sarah left us with a sweet welcome package. Sarah went above and beyond by offering to decorate the home with Christmas decor (We stayed the week of Christmas). The property was exactly as described in the listing and all amenities were in perfect shape and easily accessible. We would absolutely recommend, and would love to book again for our next Disney Vacation.
