Slip into your swimsuit and head straight for the beach or the complex pool, just below. This condo is dog-friendly as well, so if you’ve brought the family pup, take her for a stroll on the sand.

After you’re sufficiently sun-soaked, return to your comfy condo to relax in the central AC, or grab a frosty beverage and step out on the balcony to enjoy the sea breeze. At dinnertime, the well-equipped kitchen offers a full suite of appliances and ample counter space to whip up a meal. Don’t feel like cooking? No problem – there are plentiful dinner options just across Perdido Beach Blvd. At the end of the night, grab a spot on the sofa and watch a little TV before drifting off to dream of another perfect vacation day tomorrow.

THINGS TO KNOW
This building is quipped with an elevator.
There are limited parking spaces. If there are no parking spots when you arrive, please park across the street at the Fairfield Inn. You will need to go to the front desk; there is a fee to park at the hotel. This property is managed by Vacasa Alabama LLC.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Paint chipping, dirty bathroom filter, mild in bathroom, comforter smelled horrible, insufficient towels and washcloths for 6 people , insufficient cooking utensils, 1 dishcloth, towel rack broken, FILTHY floors, some lamps didn’t work, batteries missing from remotes.

Beach Vacation

Had a great time. Seafood restaurants within minutes. This is an older unit so if you're looking for brand new appliances, etc. you many not like this unit. It was fine for us.

Roaches and worn down

Upon entry I found 5 roaches in the kitchen not completely dead. There was a handy can of roach spray on top the fridge. Each morning be prepared to sweep the overnight visitors. Frequently spotted alive bugs. The actual condition of the walls and baseboards have not been painted since built. Pictures are deceiving for sure. Closet door wouldn’t open. Ice maker broken and running toilet in the entry. I fixed. Did not sit on the sofa without covering it first. The most disconcerting item was the security lock completely broken. Lamps in master didn’t work. Seems to be electric on that wall. Needless to say don’t let the discount price fool you. Only pros ocean view, cold ac and fridge. I didn’t use anything in the kitchen. Recommend washing before use.

Condo was small and needs some updates. The condo was clean and had all things needed to cook and make coffee. Bed was very comfortable and proximity to beach was awesome.

Silver Beach 403

Very disappointed in the condition of the condo. Stayed at the same complex last year and the unit was much nicer. For the second year in a row at this complex I don't think we had a single day that both elevators were working at the same time. When we arrived with our groceries for the week the refrigerator wasn't working. Property management was responsive and we got the fridge/freezer working again but it took about 12 hours for the fridge to cool down to operating temperature. The furniture in the unit is old, stained, and disgusting. We immediately went out and bought sheets to cover the couch and chairs. Mattresses are sagging and uncomfortable. Half of the outlets don't work and when I plugged my phone charger into the outlet next to the bed it tripped the breaker. The clothes dryer is ridiculously loud and essentially useless. DO NOT try to do laundry the morning you leave b/c it took more than 6 hours for about half a load to dry. Also, a 10-digit door code is obnoxious. I don't have room in my brain to memorize that.

Terrible experience and even worse property management

Location good. Parking good. One slow elevator for an 8 story condo building unacceptable. As for unit, great ocean view, large balcony, and spacious are the only good things. Unit had plenty of sand on floor and stained furniture when we checked in. With 30 mins of our check-in, I was almost was hit by a full glass closet door and found out the master bath toilet had issues. It was not anchored to the floor (easy to move) and the water line in tank not hooked up and chain too long that it caught on flapper when flushed. We were there 9 days and repeatedly complained and asked about toilet repairs, and we were told by Vacasa that there was update. Master bedroom tv screen broken (found out 1st night when tried to watch tv at bedtime), and it took 3 days to address this. Lastly, I did laundry a few days before checkout only to find the dryer didn't work. The dryer just got really hot while not drying at all so no moisture removed. I would advise Vacasa to actually address issues like a broken toilet. Thankfully the unit had 2 bathrooms so that we had a safe toilet to use. Vacation was great .. just not this unit nor the unit's property management. I left a long review thru Vacasa site also a week ago, but for aome reason, it still has not been posted.

Night from hell

Arrived at 5:30 all excited only to find our condo gross as they come. No one had cleaned it. Stuff spilt all over floors . Sticky. Dishes in sink. No towels. Dirt in tun and all over toilet seat. Empty toilet tissue rolls thrown on floor. No cleen sheets. I called Vacasa. They promused soneone was cimung. An hr later i called again. Was told they were on the way. 15 minutes later i asked to speak to a supervisor. I spike to Deb. Who told us to go eat which they would pay for. Our condo would be CLEAN when we returned. NOPE. So i called again demanded something be done its now 9pm we are all exhausted. Cant bath cant lay down.So we finally get transfered to another CLEAN condo. We got our cleaning fee back but not iur dinner cost. Finally got everyone into bed at 11:25 ...Never again will i rent anything from Vacasa . And ive told all my family.

Great location

This property is in a great location. The view from the condo is superb. Stayed inside a lot as it got cold outside. We had a couple of issues upon arrival, but they were resolved quickly. The unit could use some updating. We did enjoy or stay and hope to be back soon.

Needs work

Too much furniture and fake palm trees/plants. Condo needs updating/some repairs. But...it was the perfect location and Vacasa was very helpful. We can't wait to stay in one of their properties again. Only booking directly with them to save a few hundred $$.

Orange beach

The condo was ok where there was a problem was the front door at times we could not leave the condo because the door would not lock or when it did lock the code would not work to let you back in the first 24 hours was horrible because we could not leave I feel as if we lost 1 complete day of our vacation. The people at Vacasa are not helpful at all do not ever want to rent thru them again.

Screaming for an update

The cleanliness of the condo was really disappointing, we were counting on the sofa bed and there were not sheets for it, there is a lot of maintenance to work on and an urgent need for furniture update, we didn’t come to watch Tv but at night for a nap could be good for the remote control to work, none of this ruined our time but it could be better. Easy access to the beach and pool, beautiful view of the beach.

So dirty

The condo was so dirty we had to go buy cleaning supplies, we never got the key due to it being stuck shut, so had to use a 10 digit code to get in and out. We never received codes for beach or pool gate, thanks for good neighbors sharing it with us ! The only reason it gets 1 star is because there's no 0.

Sad place

Dirty needs upgrade walls need fixing everything outdated. Got there no keys in lockbox had to type 10 diver numbers to get in them they never gave us a gate to beach code had to keep calling.

Beach Vacation

Had a bit of trouble with door locks. Code was 10 digits 😁. Texted office and they had maintenance contact us. Toilet continued to run. Apparatus was foreign to us. Maintenance had it fixed right away. Otherwise great time. Admin/support was quick to get back to us. Enjoyed our time there!
