The Space:

Pensilva consists of a kitchen/diner with oven, hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, and dining seating for eight people, an external utility with washer/dryer, and a sitting room with Smart TV and woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of two doubles and two singles. There is a shower room with walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail, and a first-floor cloakroom with WC. Outside, there is an enclosed, rear garden with lawned space, patio, decking, furniture, and barbecue and off-road parking for one car. Two well-behaved dogs welcome - additional dog on request only. To ensure comfort for all guests, dogs are only permitted in non-carpeted areas and must stay off the furniture. They should not be left unsupervised at any time. Please ensure all pet waste is picked up from the garden, as excess hair and waste will incur additional cleaning charges.We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our space clean and enjoyable for everyone Sorry, no smoking.
