Welcome to The Sweet House!
The Sweet House is for making the sweetest memories in Nashville with family and friends! This dreamy home is equipped with everything you need whether you're simply baking cookies or sharing sweet stories on the patio. This snazzy, yet jazzy space is located just two exits north of downtown Nashville and nestled in artsy East Nashville. In just minutes you can make your way over to the Grand Ole Opry or shopping at the Opry Mills mall. The two-story home encompasses a pretty sweet setup with 3 bedrooms, and 2.5 bathrooms. Start each day drinking coffee on the private patio or take a short stroll down the street to one of the best coffee shops in Nashville - Crema. Then, grab your crew and walk to East Nashville Beerworks for a grand local time. It’s family-friendly. This home is owned by a local influencer and podcaster, Mr. and Mrs. Sweet. They know a thing or two about what to do in Nashville! Check out the neighborhood description below for their favorite places! There is an external security camera on site.

Layout:
This adorably charming 3 bedroom house has a beautiful open floor plan with inviting modern design elements and tons of natural light! The first floor, features a living area with a couch, a chair, a futon, a half bathroom, and an office space with built-in closets. The fully stocked kitchen is complete with ample seating, including 3 bar stools and a dining table that seats 6. The laundry area is also located off of the kitchen. There is also a quaint deck space with a table and spacious yard in the back of the home. The second floor is comprised of the 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and en suite bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms each have queen sized beds.

Parking:
Please park in the driveway. There is room for 2 cars.

This divine location in East Nashville is located on a quiet street that's just 2 exits north of downtown. Here you'll have all of East Nashville's gem's at your fingertips, including amazing food, shops, coffee and drinks! Hop on the interstate to arrive at Opry Mills for shopping and entertainment, or head to literally any major neighborhood in Nashville and arrive within just 10 - 15 minutes!

House Rules:
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway. Additionally, thank you for respecting our "no smoking" and "no pets" policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. There are also no firearms permitted within the home or on the surrounding property. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our nap time. 

Rental Policy:
It is Stay Local Nashville's policy to not rent to any local guest less than 7 days from today's date. An exception can be made if you are a returning guest or have three or more five star reviews. If you fall into this exception, please message us before you book so that your stay will not be immediately cancelled.

Refund Policy:
By booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand that it is our policy to require a fully executed Non-Disparagement Agreement (NDA) prior to issuing any refund of any amount for any reason. Additionally, by booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund of any amount without fully executing this NDA.
