The Villa is recently built (year 2018), in modern style. It is located in the municipality of Monsummano Terme (PT), only 1 km from the main services (supermarket, pharmacy, post office, bank, bar, tobacconist, etc.). From here a lift takes you to the upper floor where there is a fitness/gym area with satellite TV. The Villa has independent heating and air conditioning, adjustable in every room, as well as a fresh air system. Wi-Fi is available everywhere (both inside and outside). Externally we have an infinity pool, "L" shape dimensions 7 m x 11 m + 4 m x 5.30 m equipped with sun loungers, deckchairs, garden lounge covered by a wooden pergola with curtain. The villa is surrounded on 4 sides by a private garden, all enclosed by a hedge. The paved area outside the building and the swimming pool is entirely in travertine marble stone. There is an independent entrance and ample parking space (about 10 cars) equipped with a charging station for electric vehicles.
