Step inside to discover elegant traditional furnishings designed for relaxation, accented with coastal-inspired décor featuring beach motifs and marine life. The first floor boasts a stylish guest bedroom with a king-size bed and direct access to a full hall bath. Across the hall, a cozy bunk nook with twin bunks and personal TVs provides the perfect hideaway for kids. Further down the gracefully curved hallway, you'll find an impressive theater area outfitted with a large screen, surround sound, and an ultra-plush sectional with ottomans and plenty of pillows for ultimate comfort. Nearby, a granite-topped bar area with seating makes it easy to grab drinks and snacks, while glass doors lead out to a veranda overlooking the sparkling pool. The 15' x 35' pool is surrounded by a spacious tiled deck with lounge chairs for soaking up the sun, and a cascading waterfall adds a resort-like touch—especially in the evening when it's beautifully illuminated.

On the second floor, an inviting open-concept living space awaits, featuring a gourmet kitchen with rustic exposed beams. Stainless steel appliances, cream-colored custom cabinetry, and a white marble backsplash add elegance, while a sweeping black culinary island provides a stylish contrast. Bar seating and a large country-style dining table—which accommodates eight—ensure ample space for shared meals. The living room includes light-toned leather sofas (one of which is a queen sleeper sofa) and matching lounge chairs facing a flat-screen TV. A sliding glass door leads to a private balcony with Gulf views, perfect for dining alfresco. Also on this floor is a guest bedroom with a king-size bed and access to a full hall bath.

The top floor is home to the stunning master suite and two additional guest bedrooms, each with private en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, a queen sleeper sofa, and exclusive access to the top-floor balcony shared with the adjoining guest room—offering breathtaking Gulf views. The en-suite master bath is a spa-like retreat, boasting dual vanities, a soaking tub, and a marble walk-in shower. The neighboring guest bedroom, also with balcony access, includes a king-size bed and a stylish bathroom that mirrors the master’s elegant marble design. Across the hall, another guest room provides a king-size bed and a walk-in shower alcove with custom tilework. No matter which room you choose, flat-screen TVs are available throughout for an evening of relaxation and entertainment.

POOL HEAT
A $50.00 per day fee is added to reservations booked between October 1st - April 30th for Pool Heat. If you prefer to have an unheated pool, please email or call after booking and the fees will be immediately refunded.
PLEASE NOTE: The pool cannot be heated if it is below 52 degrees or above 80 degrees. As your stay gets closer, we will do our best to keep you informed of the forecast during that time period. We will immediately refund you if conditions do not allow for this.
