"Good Day Sunshine" is a magnificent 6,500 sq. ft. beach home featuring 8 Private King Suites, 2 Spacious Bunk Rooms,11 full and 2 half bathrooms. There is so much room for the PERFECT Family Vacation! Located within 100 yards of the beach access, with no major roads to cross. This quiet beach is away from the crowds yet close to all the fun. Sandestin is 1.5 miles to the East and Silver Sands Premium Outlets is located just across Highway 98!

Entering the home, you will be blown away by the lavish kitchen and state of the art kitchen cabinets and appliances. The kitchen has a sprawling 6’ x 12’ granite island with bar seating for 8. The first-floor kitchen is a few steps from the double garage and is the perfect place to bring in your grocery supplies and beverages to unload. What’s even better is that there are two of everything in this kitchen, including 2 GE side-by-side refrigerators, 2 Bosch dishwashers, 2 crockpots and 2 ovens, one gas and one electric. The 48” Wolff gas stove is the centerpiece of this modern and airy kitchen for the master chef.

If you are looking for ample space for a sit-down dinner...Problem Solved! The island can seat 8 in bar stools and the two dining room tables can seat 10 each for a total of 28 people inside the home.

There is no shortage of attention to detail in Good Day Sunshine, special design has been engineered into the large living room and dining room with a 35' wide room. The entire first floor of the home features 12' ceilings, a 12' large sliding glass door and 8' tall windows allow the outside kitchen and pool area to be seen as soon as you enter the home. There is a full bath off the summer kitchen for swimmers and sunbathers and a stylish half bath just inside the home as well.

As you ascend the stairs to the second floor of this beautiful beach home, comfort and space is the name of the game. No guest will feel the pains of overcrowding, no sleeper sofas in the home, no one has to sleep on the couch! There are wall mounted 50" TV's in every room. Ceiling fans and recessed lighting are standard in each room. All bedrooms are designed for maximum comfort and privacy. The second floor features a children’s den, a bunk room with sleeping arrangements for 8, full hallway bathroom, laundry room with full size washer and dryer and high-end furniture and décor in the FOUR King Suites all featuring private bathrooms.

The third floor is a similar layout to the second and spares no expense on space. This floor features the media/game room with PlayStation gaming console and a pool table, the second laundry room with full size washer and dryer, a bunk room with sleeping arrangements for 10 (with bathroom with tub/shower combo) and yet another FOUR elegant and comfortable King Suites all with Private Baths. The bathrooms also all have the latest design with chrome faucets and showers and modern shaker style cabinets. Detail is obvious in the showers with elegant tile and rimless glass doors.

The full summer kitchen is equipped with a gas grill, an outdoor TV, mini fridge and commercial ice maker which are located right next to the pool. Chef's will delight in preparing all types of seafood and barbecue on the gas grill. Any way you look at it, you will be hard pressed to find a house equipped like this incredible kitchen and summer kitchen. Best of all, everything is situated on the main floor for corporate retreats, family reunions and weddings. The summer kitchen surrounds the 30' x 18' pool and in ground hot tub. Spa ONLY heat can be purchased for $50 per day/ $350 per week from May 1st -October First ONLY. The swim out lounge area and separate hot tub make for a relaxing day outdoors. There are also 10 pool chaise lounges for sunbathing.

The pool paver deck in the rear is 20' deep and doubles for corporate events and weddings under the stars. The custom pool lighting make for a spectacular evening atmosphere for your wedding receptions. You have access to Sonos surround sound system to enjoy during your stay, system is hooked up for the first floor and pool deck area! This stereo experience allows you to adjust the volume throughout different areas of the home and out by the pool, from your phone! From the app, you can connect to the existing iTunes account or browse through hundreds of pre-selected Pandora playlists. You can also opt to completely turn the music off in one or two areas if you just want to keep it on one floor/area. It's the ultimate listening/feel good experience, with Sonos!

BEACH CHAIRS: Our complimentary seasonal beach service is offered for our Summer months, from March 1st- October 31st. This includes 8 chairs and 4 umbrellas set up daily on the beach by an attendant from 9am-5pm.  * Set up daily starting the day after arrival *

VayKGear (Beach Equipment): You will receive up to $245 credit (based on length of stay) toward complimentary beach gear when you book this Beach Reunion home! Browse and select available gear to include paddleboards, kayaks, bikes, umbrellas and beach lounge chairs. All gear will be delivered upon arrival and picked up upon departure. Maximize your vacation time by setting up your rental equipment needs before you even leave the house!

Private Elevator- This home features a private elevator. Private Elevator for Baggage or Guests Unable to Climb Stairs ONLY. There is a $250 fee for use. An acknowledgement policy will be emailed to guests on instructions and use.

Pool Heat - From October 1st - May 1st, the private pool can be heated for an additional $75/day. Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay, Spa IS Controlled Separately from Swimming Pool. Spa ONLY heat can be purchased for $25 per day. Both can be heated for $700 per week. Please contact office to add this to your reservation.

Margarita Machines - Beach Reunion is proud to partner with Firefighter Margaritas, and offer the rental (for an additional cost during your stay) of a commercial frozen drink machine (margarita machine) which produces beverages usually only found in restaurants and bars. These popular machines allow you to enjoy your favorite frozen drinks and/or virgin slushies pool side or while lounging on the beach. They are the perfect addition to family vacations, weddings, business retreats, golf outings, fishing trips, church groups or any other type of gathering.

Amenities: Each home will include a starter supply of the following amenities: Bathrooms: Massage Body Bar, Body Lotion, Shampoo, Conditioner, and Hand/Body Bar. Kitchen: Dish Sponge, Dishwasher Tablets, Liquid Dish Soap, and Laundry Tablets. *Once this supply is used, you are responsible for providing your own items.

EV Outlet: An EV (Electric Vehicle) outlet is now available at the home!

* Please Note Due to Limitations of the Neighborhood, Golf Carts are Not Available For Rent Thru Beach Reunion *

* This property features 1 high chair with tray, two baby gates and a 'Pack N' Play' for children.

* This property features hair dryers in all bathrooms.

* WEDDINGS/EVENTS: All weddings/events must be pre-approved by Beach Reunion. A $750.00 event fee is required for any wedding or event. In addition, a $1000 refundable deposit is required for ALL weddings.
* Weddings at this access cannot host more than 30 people. * The 30 includes the entire wedding party & anyone else that is there for the wedding or helping with the wedding (officiant, photographer, wedding planner, etc.) There are no limitations for house receptions.*

* This home rents Saturday to Saturday during Spring Break and Summer.

* College/Student groups are NOT allowed. All renters must be 25 and older, with the exception of children in families.

*Pets Are Permitted: $250/Pet, Under 25 Lbs, with a 2 pet Maximum *Please note that pets are not permitted on any of the beaches within the area. Medical services dogs only*
