The apartment is entirely available to travelers. The outdoor spaces such as the garden, the orchard, and the pool are to be shared with the other inhabitants of the building. Please note during the winter sason the swimming pool is not available.

In addition, several tram and bus lines cross the area, including tram lines 3 and 9. For those arriving by car, there is the option to park either for a fee or for free in the Viale Liguria area. Near the apartment, parking spaces marked in yellow are reserved for residents' cars and are not available for the travelers. Lastly, we recommend not entering Via Giosuè Borsi, as it is part of a Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL), to avoid fines.
