The building is between to streets that can take you directly to all the must see places in Miami. Miami Avenue takes you into the heart of Downtown Miami and NE 2nd Ave takes you through, Buena Vista, Design District, Midtown, Wynwood and Brickell. Also 10 minutes from South Beach!

Gated parking is limited to 4-5 spaces and it is first come first serve. There is additional free street side parking as well.
