Beautifully secluded in the small town of Manchester in Northern California, this two-level home is 24 miles north of Gualala, 26 miles south of Mendocino, and only a quarter-mile from the wild and rugged ocean beach.
Full of natural light and ocean views, the lofty living space brings the scenic outdoors in. Watch for passing whales and harbor seals from a seat on the sectional sofa, warm yourself by the rustic wood stove, or play a DVD favorite on the retractable flatscreen TV.
The full kitchen enjoys a panoramic view of both the ocean and the living room, while a variety of cooking tools makes meal preparation easy and relaxing. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
