The open kitchen is well-equipped with four hot plates, an oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Additionally, there is a shower and toilet on this level. Please note that there is no heating option available in the property.

The upper level, accessible via an exterior staircase, boasts a living/dining area with a kitchen corner and a satellite TV with a flat screen, along with air conditioning and access to the terrace. There are three bedrooms on this level: one with a single bed and a French bed, another with a satellite TV, air conditioning, and terrace access, and a third with a French bed. The open kitchen here has two hot plates, an oven, toaster, kettle, and an electric coffee machine, accompanied by a dining table. You will find two additional showers and toilets on the upper level.
