La Tagnière, a vacation rental, is a beautiful and comfortable 17th-century farm estate located 12 km from Etang sur Arroux, France. Surrounded by fields in a quiet and elevated countryside setting, this property offers a shared 300-hectare estate, a 10-hectare park, well-kept gardens with lawns, trees, and an orchard. It boasts a fenced seasonal swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth 100 - 210 cm) with internal stairs, a shower/WC area, and an arbor. Additionally, it features a private courtyard, a natural pond, and a table tennis area. Amenities include central heating, on-site parking, and internet WiFi.

Outdoors
The property offers a shared well-kept garden with a lawn, trees, and an orchard, as well as a courtyard and a swimming pool area. The fenced seasonal swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth 100 - 210 cm) is available from May 1 to September 23 and features an internal staircase, a shower/WC area, and an arbor. Guests can enjoy a private courtyard and a natural pond on the premises. Table tennis facilities are also available for outdoor recreation.

You will be staying in a spacious 6-room house with an area of 120 square meters spread across two levels. The house boasts beautiful antique furnishings and an open-concept large living/dining room spanning 61 square meters, complete with an open-hearth fireplace, a TV, and a wood-burning stove. The living/dining room provides access to the garden. The kitchen is well-equipped with four hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine. Additionally, there is a shower and a separate toilet on the main level. The upper floor features one room with two beds (90 cm), another room with two beds (90 cm), a third room with one French bed (140 cm), and a large room with low door height (180 cm), including a dressing room with one French bed (160 cm), a separate toilet, and a bath/shower. There is also an additional bathroom with a toilet on the upper level.

Amenities Included

Your vacation rental comes fully equipped with a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. You will have access to a large garden spanning 100 square meters, complete with terrace furniture, a barbecue, and six deck chairs. The property offers stunning views of the valley. Essential facilities include a washing machine, an iron, a children's high chair, a baby cot, a hair dryer, and logs (additional cost). Free WiFi internet is available, and there is reserved parking for two cars. Please note that the property is suitable for families, and one pet/dog is allowed. However, cats are not permitted. Double-glazed windows are installed throughout the house.
