Five minute walk to the La Quinta Hotel and Resort, and 10 minute bike ride to old Town La Quinta. Three smart TV's and wifi!! ROKU ready. Large kitchen and living area. Great for large family entertaining. Large patio with ceiling dual fans and views of the golf course and mountains. Complex has a large pool and spa. Two months in paradise

We had a great stay. We really enjoyed sitting on the patio watching the golf course, sunrise and sunset. Inside, it was great to look out from the bedroom, living area and kitchen to the palm trees, bougainvillea and orange trees. The kitchen was really well equipped and it made it easy to prepare meals. The seating areas and dining room had good looking and comfortable furniture. The bedding and towels were all great. Hosts were fabulous.

Great location, spacious and quiet neighborhood

Starting with a gorgeous view of the La Quinta Country Club golf course our experience at this Condo only got better. We like to cook at home and the large kitchen had almost everything we needed. The patio BBQ is high quality. The shops and restaurants are only a 15-20 minute walk to Old Town. Alfredo made us feel very welcome and addressed a few minor issues quickly. We would definitely rent this gated community condo again.

Fantastic House with Great Golf Course Views

This place is wonderful! It exceeded our expectations. Great views of the golf course with a putting/chipping green off the backyard patio. Gated community with easy access to the pool. Contemporary theme with amazing bathrooms!!!! I highly recommend this place to everyone.

Perfect!

This home has it all! It is beautifully decorated yet comfortable and very spacious meeting all our needs. Enjoyed breakfast on the patio with beautiful golf course views and relaxing afternoons by the pool to top it off! Great hosts. :)

Perfect Getaway Spot

This place is so great and has everything you need for a weekend / extended getaway. The views of the golf course are gorgeous, and the pool is nearby. Alfredo provides pool floats and a fully stocked kitchen for cooking and grilling. I love the decor of the house and the open format - makes it feel really spacious & luxurious. Speaking of luxury, the bathtub in the master bath is out of a dream. I look forward to staying here again in the future.

Perfect Getaway

Needed a place to de-stress from Los Angeles' hustle and bustle, and the condo right on a chipping green could not be beat. The pool was a two minute walk away, easily accessible and there were all the pool toys we could want. The house was comfortable, the appliances easy to use and the setting extremely comfortable. Will definitely be back!

Lovely LQ home.

We had a quiet relaxing stay, small community great golf course view. The home is very comfortable, kitchen fully stocked and well organized. Location was perfect, we cooked most meals but enjoy walking across the street to La Quinta Resort for drinks and lively ambiance. I was pleased the home provided dishwasher pods and extra cleaning supplies, this makes our stay stress free and one less trip to the grocery store. Loved the house, loved the area. I was very happy Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

Great place to stay.

Fully stocked kitchen with new appliances, pretty much anything we needed for cooking or grilling outside. We were able to use the two car garage which is a plus since we had our cruiser bikes that take a lot of space. The pool/hot tub was a short walk about a minute from the house, easy to come back for refills. We forgot our own pool toys but the house had a few for us to use. The two bedrooms with attached full suite bathrooms was a plus, technically six bathroom sinks to get ready was ideal for five women. The gated community was very quiet, perfect for a family with kids riding their bikes around inside the gates. The location was ideal, the rest of our party was staying across the street at the resort, and it was nice for our group to have our own spot to relax away from the overcrowded resort pools. Would stay again!

Great location. Close to Old Town as well as major shopping centres.

We just spent a month in Alfredo's house and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The home is spacious and comfortable, easy to access and has beautiful views from the back deck.
