Your dream tropical vacation begins at Casa De Emdeko 336, a totally remodeled, fully-furnished oceanfront condominium. Within walking distance of Kailua-Kona Village, this ideal unit features central air conditioning, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and complimentary Wifi.

Casa De Emdeko 336 is the perfect blend of comfort and efficiency. With two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a queen-sized sleeper sofa there's plenty of room for you and your guests to unwind and relax. The fully-equipped kitchen is steps from outdoor dining on the lanai and features Mango wood cabinetry and granite countertops. Stocked with every essential needed to prepare a delicious meal. A bar-height counter allows additional seating for your guests.

Enjoy coastline views from the dining room, or relax in the tropically-appointed living room which features a plush recliner, satellite and cable TV, and a queen sleeper sofa. Step out onto the lanai where you'll find seating for four. The lanai makes the perfect space to drink your morning coffee, read a book or simply take in the garden and ocean views.

The primary bedroom is equipped with air conditioning and plush Cal King bed. The fully-remodeled ensuite bathroom features high-end finishes, as well as an oversized jetted shower, plush cotton towels and a luxurious soaking tub. You'll love the festive ocean-inspired decor of the guest bedroom which has two twin-sized beds and is situated only steps from the second bathroom.

Outdoors at Casa De Emdeko 336, there's no shortage of things to see and do, beginning with the man-made sandy beach area and saltwater pool with coastal views, which are only steps from your front door.

There is plenty to see and do near Casa De Emdeko 336. Located within walking distance of Kailua-Kona village, you'll love exploring the area and its many significant Hawaiian cultural landmarks. Both the Hulihee Palace and the Mokuaikaua Church are located on Ali'i Drive. King Kamehameha I spent his last years living near the current site of what is now the King Kamehameha's Kona Beach Hotel, until his passing in 1819. The Ahu'ena Heiau, located on the grounds of the hotel, is a reconstructed temple rebuilt by the late king and is on the register of National Historic Landmarks.

People-watch—and cruise ship-watch—from the Kailua-Kona Pier, where you'll have access to Hawaii's best scuba diving, big-game fishing, kayaking, and dolphin and whale watching. The condo was just as describe, with a beautiful balcony overlooking the ocean. The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware and the host provided basic necessities such as soap, detergent and coffee. Highly recommended.

Amazing Stay in Kona

I can't say enough good things about our stay at this property. The complex this unit is located in is beautiful and has two pools, a huge outdoor eating space, plenty of room to lounge by the pool or ocean, and 3 large grills available to use. Unit 336 was everything I was looking for in a trip to Hawaii. We had stunning views of the ocean from the living room and balcony, comfortable and clean bedrooms, and living area, a kitchen for making breakfast and dinner if you wanted, washing machine and dryer, and air conditioning. A lot of places in Kona didn't have A/C and I almost booked a place without it. If you're visiting in July or August, you definitely want a unit with A/C!.The host was responsive to all of our questions and there were tons of beach items available to use as well: beach chairs, pool noodles, cooler, snorkel gear, beach mats. We loved our time here and would love to stay again in the future.

Great oceanside

Everything great. Two items to fix. Handle on small bath shower is loose and needs to be tightened. Binoculars are a nice amenity for whale watching except the right lense will not adjust

Family vacation

The location was great! The condo was very clean. The ocean views are spectacular. The kitchen is well stocked for everything you need. Had some beach equipment that we were very happy to have that made the beach days easier. Umbrella, chairs and towels. No cooler. The second bedroom with 2 twin beds is TINY. Not for 2 adults-small children would be fine, and no where to put luggage. The pull out was terrible and old, like sleeping on rocks. But we made it work. Had 2 nights the power went out only in this unit but this issue was revolved quickly . The cable tv also went out and that was never fixed. All minor things but good to know for future guests. Overall it was a great stay and would recommend to others.

Beautiful Property

This was one of the nicest short term vacation rentals I have ever stayed in! The grounds are beautiful and the rental itself is excellent! We could not have asked for anything better! Thanks so much for the hospitality!

Very good stay

A great property. Very well kept. We had a serious noise problem at night with a smoke alarm. We called the emergency number repeatedly and they answered. They called someone to deal with it but no one came that night. The call back came the next morning. So do not expect any help if it is after hours. You will have to deal with any emergency yourself. Other than that a great property with very nice people to deal with. The unit itself is fantastic as are the grounds. Very quiet and beautiful.

Perfect View and Nice Balcony

My husband and I stayed here 6 days. It is a nice Property and Condo. The bedrooms are small if you have lots of luggage. We were fine since we could use the other bedroom to sore it all. The living and dining area is big and comfortable. The huge covered patio common area between the two pools does not affect the view from your balcony. We would return, but only with two of us. Four adults in there would be cramped. Oh, the shower in the master is really nice with extra spouts!!

Beautiful view

We enjoyed our stay, the view was beautiful. The space is set up well for a family of 4 with plenty of room. The bed is comfortable. I would note that this unit has harder access for seniors or people with very young children. There are a lot of stairs that can’t be avoided and was glad my elderly parents chose something else. It was no problem for us though. A check out of 10am was so early. We’ve rented a lot of places over the years and all have typically been 11. It made a difference for us since our flight wasn’t until 4. We requested a later checkout and didn’t hear back until the morning of our departure that we definitely needed to be out at 10. There was one other hiccup when we really needed showers and the owners hadn’t been notified of a second water shut off that was a good chunk of the day. But they apologized and were kind. I wish the property had a hot tub, the location was beautiful.

Rest and Relaxation

This is a wonderful property with a beautiful view of the ocean. The sunrise and sunset were amazing here. The outdoor tables and grill by the pool were great. Every afternoon we relaxed on the lounge chairs.

Exceeded expectations

Clean, friendly neighbors, responsive management (although we had no real problems), great views. Upon arrival we were treated to two whales breaching within 400 yards of the shore (although we never saw any other whales nearly as close). The washer/dryer and ice maker were key. Only possible negative would be that it is over a mile into town and over a mile and a half to our favorite breakfast place (which I guess forced us to walk off our breakfast - a good thing). If you want to cook your own meals this place has everything you need.

Awesome views

Very nice, updated unit with great ocean views. The Casa complex is located close to town and has everything we needed. We used the BBQs, both pools and the beach area. We saw whales and dolphins from the Lanai and the sunsets from the seawall were memorable. Our only suggestion for improvement would be to update the key lockbox to a keycode entry handle. The present system is frustrating and sometimes took two people to accomplish. We would certainly book this unit again.

Casa de Emdecko #336

We were originally in another unit, which got sold and the new owners moved in. Elite Properties quickly offered us this new location and it was amazing! The condo is nicely situated on the 3rd floor, with great views, and enough amenities for us to enjoy our stay. We felt that the location was far enough out of the major congestion, yet close enough to get to things easily. We will definitely recommend, and will definitely be back!

Comfort by the ocean

This property is as presented in the photos: not the latest trend in home decor but extremely comfortable, very well equipped and with a killer view of the ocean and wonderfully comfortable beds. We were able to eat all of our meals on our balcony. Perfect location if tou want to snorkel or swim.

Great Location and Nice unit

Very nice unit. It is an older complex, but the unit has been nicely updated. The location is great, easy to access a lot of the local Kona shops and stores!

Clean apartment with a great ocean view.

Lovely decorated apt. with a well equipped kitchen. We enjoyed our breakfasts out on the balcony. Felt great to come “home” after an adventurous day! Only issue was expecting guests to wash the towels. We had to catch an early flight and couldn’t do it all. There is a cleaning fee so that should include laundering. Other than that it was perfect!

Perfect Spot!

This condo was amazing and allowed us to relax. It’s situated perfectly so even if it’s raining, you can enjoy the lanai and ocean. The rooms stay very cool with the ceiling fans. Everything was clean. We will definitely stay here again!
