Good Location but aware of step stairway

We stayed at the Loft Suite for 3 nights the location is excellent for access to the centre. No mention in the details that the bathroom is on the ground floor and the accommodation is on the first floor with access via a steep and fairly narrow staircase which could be a problem for elderly guests. Overall good value for money and perfectly acceptable for a short stay. The was a mix up with paying the deposit online which required a phone call to sort out.
