Inviting, wide-open main floor plan that flows effortlessly from the entryway to the chef's kitchen! Formal dining area & cozy living area with SmartTV and gas fireplace*. There are 2 master suites on the main level master bedroom, both with a king bed.
Enjoy your morning coffee with breathtaking sunrises on the lovely year-round screened porch furnished with breathtaking views and a gas fireplace*.
The lower level living area is equipped with a SmartTV, fireplace*, wet bar, extra fridge, foosball table and pinball machine.
2 additional bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are also located on the lower level. This wonderful living space extends outside where you'll find a 2nd screened porch, large walk-out patio with gas fire pit & plenty of seating for entertaining!
Just down the gently sloped lot lies the over-sized dock with a picturesque Mansford roof. 2 floating docks available for boat tie-up, electricity and lights. Prepare to be swept off your feet by the awesome high tongue & groove ceilings & relax right on the lake with scenic water vistas & a commanding view of the mountains. There are many relaxing seating options on both the upper & lower dock. Dock house with bar area and stools. 2 kayaks available for use!

The first charge will be the VRBO Service Fee* and the second charge will be $200 which is collected by Lake Retreat Rental Properties, LLC. From that point on, additional payments will be made directed to Lake Retreat Rental Properties, LLC.

CANCELLATION POLICY: If a reservation is cancelled with at least 90 days prior notice, 1/2 of the pre-paid rental payment will be refundable. If a reservation is cancelled within 90 days of your arrival date, no refunds will be issued. Notice of cancellation must be in writing, email is acceptable. Be sure to reference the rented property name and dates you had intended to visit.
