Other amenities include in-unit washer & dryer, puzzles, games and book library, Flat screen TV with expanded cable in living room. Roku TV in Sunroom. All bedrooms feature flat-screen TVs with antennas. The home features Wi-Fi/High Speed Internet throughout the home, all linens & kitchen items included.

Pets considered ONLY with 28 day minimum rental during months of October-April. Non-refundable pet fee. Pet MUST be listed on reservation.

Golf Cart Rental: There is no exterior charging available for electric golf carts. GAS GOLF CARTS must be used. NO Exceptions.

Pool heat is complementary between November 15 & April 15. Our pool and pool equipment are closely monitored for your safety, we kindly ask that the controls not be tampered with. Due to the island's strict 10pm noise ordinance, the pool heaters will not run overnight, we do our best to ensure that the pool is heated to a temperature of 82 degrees. However, please be aware that even in Florida we do occasionally get cold spells that can send the temperatures in 40's & 50's for a few nights in a row. This will cause the pool water temp to draw down to the 70's and the pool pump will shut down if the outside temp gets too cold. The pump will then kick back on in the morning and begin re-heating of the pool back to 82, which may take some time depending on air temps.
