Fun in the Sun at Centre Court Villa in Palmetto Dunes

This spacious remodeled villa is located within a five-minute walk to the beach. This Vacation Rental is across from the Tennis Center, Community Pool and George Fazio golf course located in the world renowned Palmetto Dunes. This villa is centrally located close to the general store and Alexanders Restaurant. Bike and kayak rentals are also nearby for your convenience.
This spacious villa features two master bedrooms with attached master baths. Relax in the cozy living area featuring a flat screen TV. The updated kitchen has beautiful granite countertops. Enjoy the beautiful covered patio overlooking the quiet pristine landscaping of Palmetto Dunes.

Included in your stay at our condo is a Tennis/Pickleball package for our renters. This includes 2 hours free court time a day for the days you book. Text us for more details.

Amazing rental

Lovely getaway

We enjoyed our spring getaway -the condo was close to the general store and the tennis courts -a short walk from the beach-beds were comfortable-lots of bath towels (just bring some beach towels)- quiet setting -tons of walking/biking trails. Lovely!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was comfortable, clean and a nice size. Located right across from the pool and about a 8-10 minute walk from the beach. Definitely recommend!!

Girls Trip

Great condo! I have stayed in several places in PD and this is by far my favorite! So clean and great hosts. Very easy to work with. We were a group of retired teachers and current teachers and we give it an A+ and want to rebook again.

Cozy Condo

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The location is very convenient to the General Store and beach access. Beautiful resort setting and endless areas to walk or bike to explore. Perfect place

This is our second year staying at this condo while in Hilton Head. The location is perfect. Jeff and Anita continue to make improvements - including a renovated bathroom this year. They are wonderful hosts. Responsive and helpful. Highly recommend.

Enjoyed our extended stay at this CenterCourt property & would love to return. Beds and seating were comfortable. Separate bedroom suites provided privacy for guests. New shower was lovely. General Store & beach access via Disney site are just around the corner as described. Owners were responsive and collaborative.

Nice clean condo in a great location. Beds and furniture are in good shape and comfy. Well stocked kitchen. Great communication. Free court time was really great. Played pickleball every day. Enjoyed our stay and would book again.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend. Very spacious, comfortable, and clean. The kitchen has a wide array of pots, cooking tools and utensils. Loved the easy access of being centrally located with easy access to the beach and pool. The owners were awesome with quick responses for any questions before and during stay. My only side note would be to raise the blinds in the bathroom to the top as it may bother some guests.

Absolutely perfect place to stay in Hilton head

Absolutely perfect place to stay in Hilton head! Seven of us stayed in the condo for a week. Everything is well laid out in the condo itself and the kitchen is stock so you can cook meals and enjoy meals at the dining room table if you so choose. The location is also fantastic. It is a short bike ride to the beach. We played pickle ball every day while we were there and took advantage of access to the pickle ball courts. The bike trails will allow you to roam throughout the area and make it easy to get around. We booked next years vacation while we were still there this year. Fantastic host and I need a does a great job of making sure that the updates in the condo a spot on. I highly recommend.
