The Penthouse 6 of the "Villa Ostseeblick" is 85 m² and equipped with underfloor heating for 4 persons. The living space of 30 m² is generously furnished and designed with pink Portogallo marble fine stone. Large sliding doors open the window fronts to the 42 m² wrap-around balcony, to the south overlooking the Baltic Sea and to the east overlooking the island of Oie and the 100-year-old oak tree. A flat roof overhang and an awning protect against excessive sunlight and in the evening a wood-burning stove invites you to idyllic hours. A seating group in black leather is aligned with a view of the Baltic Sea. The LOEWE 42 "100 Hz flat screen for" digital Full HD "TV with DVD / BluRay player also has digital and internet radio and is very easy to handle with only one remote control. This will make your new home a true holiday experience.
