"It really is a great hotel although we were in a room where the toilet was leaking. It took them close to an hour to get a maintenance guy to come, and then all he did was suggest we put a towel around the base of the toilet. The front desk and management did not even offer to help us change rooms. Which that is really a sad reflection of the management of this hotel. Other than that, the hotel is really a nice property."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and valued. The check-in process was smooth, and everyone was professional, friendly, and eager to help. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and all the amenities were well thought out. The hotel itself was clean, quiet, and provided a relaxing atmosphere throughout my stay. I was especially impressed by the attention to detail and the exceptional customer service. Every staff member I interacted with went above and beyond to ensure I had a pleasant experience. The location was convenient, the facilities were excellent, and everything exceeded my expectations the only thing that i disliked was about paying for the parking lot. Besides that I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and outstanding hospitality. I look forward to staying here again in the future!"

"During our stay of two nights, we enjoyed it. Very close to Citi Field which is why we were there. The unlimited cookies are the best, but you have to ask for them. They are not offered. The parking garage is very confusing at first and was not explained the best at check-in. The agent that checked me in was in training so I will not knock the property for that. This was a coaching opportunity that we did inform the front desk manager of. They were very receptive to this feedback. I did leave my kindle in the room 100% and they claimed to never find it so this was very heartbreaking even though I knew exactly where it was left. Breakfast was not offered but I was not expecting that. Air conditioning in the room worked great. The beds were comfortable, shower had great water pressure. I will even say our toilet had an issue and the maintenance guy was there within minutes of us reporting it. I would absolutely stay here again. It accommodated my husband, my 13 year old son, and myself very nicely!"
