This one bedroom 9th floor Suite has North Ocean views of the beach and city. Located at the Daytona Beach Resort, fully furnished and updated to enjoy and have a comfortable stay.

You will have access to the Condo with a fully equipped kitchen, bedroom, living room, bathroom. Two balconies one in the living room with 3 Bar Stools and table and a stand up balcony in the bedroom
It is updated and Fully Furnished with two queen size beds in the bedroom, dresser, TV and closet.
Large Bathroom with shower and vanity.
Living room with sofa sleeper, TV/dresser.
Kitchen is equipped to cook and make your meals during a comfortable stay.
Kitchen table/chairs.

*Current Update:
Daytona Beach Resort had damages from Hurricanes Ian and Nicole in Sept and Nov 2022. Pools, pool deck, jacuzzi, fitness room, sauna are closed until further notice.
Tiki Bar and Restaurant are closed.
We expect repairs and construction during 2025.
Parking garage is closed. One Parking pass is found inside the room to be placed in your vehicle. Upon departure you would need to leave it inside the room to avoid a $60.00 fee. Limited parking is available in front of the building. Parking is available across the street behind Bellaire Plaza, off Plaza Blvd.
Beach access is still available via the public access area adjacent to the resort. To go to the Beach you would need to exit front lobby, and walk (by garage) to the side of the building.

This Unit is Privately Owned at the Daytona Beach Resort:
Conveniently located, across the street you will have a shopping plaza with grocery stores, department stores, pharmacy, and restaurants.

On arrival day you will receive a message with the check-in instructions prior to 3 PM.

You will have a clean, comfortable suite but we cannot guarantee amenities or parking at the Resort.
