Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and/or restock sheets and towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

On-site parking is available for your convenience. You'll be a short walk away from local restaurants, coffee shops, and the vibrant downtown district. Relax on the plush sofa for a movie night on the 55” Smart TV or curl up with a book in the armchair by the window. The space flows naturally into the dining and kitchen areas, creating an inviting atmosphere for connection and comfort.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is thoughtfully equipped with stone countertops, wood cabinetry, and stainless steel appliances including a gas stove, dishwasher, and coffee maker. Cooking basics, a refrigerator, and microwave make meal prep simple, while the dining table for four offers a cozy setting to gather over breakfast or a home-cooked dinner.

Sleeping arrangements
Two private bedrooms each feature a queen-size bed with a memory foam mattress, soft linens, and extra blankets. Gentle lighting and dedicated window AC units create a restful environment for a good night’s sleep.

Bathrooms
Refresh in the main bathroom with a walk-in tiled shower and warm lighting that brings a spa-like calm. A convenient half bath off the living area adds flexibility for families and small groups. Bathroom essentials, including towels and toiletries, are provided.

Outdoor living
Step outside to the fenced shared backyard, an inviting green space perfect for morning coffee, reading in the sun, or letting your pet enjoy the outdoors. The area is shared, so while enclosed, pets should not be left unattended.

You’ll have access to Wi-Fi, standard cable, air conditioning, heating, and portable fans. Essentials such as washer, dryer, and iron are available, with laundry facilities shared on-site. Safety features include exterior security cameras, smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, and a fire extinguisher. Self check-in via keypad ensures an easy arrival, and free parking is available on the premises.

We would highly recommend renting out a car to visit and tour the beautiful areas of Colorado Springs.

If you are not able to rent a car or drive then do no worry! Colorado Springs has some great options for public transportation. The main bus terminal is a few blocks away.

***PLEASE NOTE*** You are renting the lower level unit of a duplex property. This residence features two separate units that are both short term rentals–one main level suite and one upper level suite. The two units share the front door, but each unit has a private entrance. This is a historic 136 year old home! Please know older homes come sometimes creaky floors, and other quirks.
This home has two window AC units, one in each bedroom window. Kindly note there is no central AC in this unit.

For safety, security cameras are installed outside the property. No cameras are inside the property for your privacy.

Let us know a little about your dog(s) and we should be able to accommodate with an adjustment to our cleaning fee. $75 cleaning fee per dog, maximum two dogs only. Sorry, no cats permitted.

Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum $500 fine.

Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP.
