This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit.
Three bedrooms with A/C to relax in the summer evenings. One complete bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen.
Outside barbecue and shaded eating area. Nice swimming pool to enjoy with family or friends.
Family friendly: first cot and hightchair for free. Additional cots and highchairs available for a charge of 5€/night per set.

We hope you have lots of laughter and fun times during your vacation! However, we’d really appreciate it if you’re mindful and keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours. Parties are absolutely forbidden during the whole stay.

Cala Blanca is a residential area on the west coast of Menorca. Here you will find all the services and entertainment you need to enjoy your holidays, restaurants, bars, supermarket, diving centre, etc.

We recommend a visit to the Xiringo Cala Blanca restaurant as a family, perfect for families as it has water slides for children.

Just 4 km from Ciudadela, one of the main cities of the island where you can walk through its stately streets, its charming port, go shopping, enjoy its good restaurants or its incredible nightlife.

One day before arrival guest will receive all information about check in, address, code for the key box to collect the keys and a self check in, and a contact telephone number of the villa manager, who will be the person who will help you with any incident or question you may have during your stay.

Please report broken things, to avoid problems for us with future guests

Please treat the house as if it’s your own.

500€/900€ (depending of the house) security deposit will be collected and refunded within some days after the stay

All hosts of certified legal tourism rentals in the baleares have the duty to collect the tourism tax from the guests for the government (2,2€ per adult/night with reduced rate after 9th night) this tax is not included in the rental price. Guests are hereby informed that hosts are duly authorized to collect the tourist tax through means external to the platform used to make the reservation. This measure complies with current regulations and must be fulfilled upon check-in or as otherwise instructed by the host. Please mind always to rent certificated legal tourism properties.

عناصر نالت الإعجاب: النظافة

Une superbe expérience.

Une très belle Villa idéalement située dans le quartier de Son Carrio, à 5min à pieds de la superbe plage de Santandria, de très bons restaurants (Sa Nacra et Sa Quadra) et de bars au bord de la plage. A 10 min en voiture du centre de Cuitadella. La plus belle ville de l’ile selon moi. Un super point de chute pour se reposer après de belles ballades sur l’ile. L’équipe a été au petits soins pour nous avant le séjour dans les démarches (taxes etc), pendant le séjour (femmes de ménage, pisciniste, jardinier) et supers réactifs quand nous avons essuyés une tempête. Vraiment un super accueil. Je recommande sans réserve.
