It is located in a residence equipped with a swimming pool with lifeguard, tennis court, bowling green and parking space. 
The swimming pool is seasonal, from September to May inclusive, it is closed.
It is composed of an entrance hall, a living room with a sofa and an open kitchen with table and chairs. A large partially covered veranda overlooks the dining room and kitchen, where it is possible to enjoy outdoor lunches and dinners.
The sleeping area includes a double bedroom and a bedroom with bunk beds, bathroom with shower and window.

You will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival.
In case you do not receive the contract on time, you will need to contact the managing agency the property to the number indicated on the booking confirmation.
The community pool opened on June 16th.
Check-in time is between 16:00 and 21:00. And that will be subject to an appointment being made with the receptionist.. City Tax: € 1,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 7 nights
