Spacious apartment recently renovated, located in the historic center and a few steps from the Two Towers, symbol of Bologna.The apartment, furnished in modern style, spreads onto two levels: on the first floor there is the living area, with a double sofa bed and a TV, and the kitchen equipped with all amenities including an oven, a microwave and an espresso machine. Here a French-window gives access to the private courtyard with a dining table, perfect for enjoying moments of relaxation in the open air.Going upstairs, there is the bedroom with a queen-size bed and en suite toilet. An additional bathroom with shower completes the layout.Washing machine, air conditioning and heating will be available in the accommodation.*Please be informed that the city center is a limited-traffic zone, therefore we suggest leaving the car in one of the parkings and enjoying the old town on foot.*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations.
