The dining room has a large table with sitting for 6 and access to a fully equipped deck with patio furniture and BBQ. This is a fabulous place to spend the evenings. At the top of the stairs is a nice sitting area with a comfortable chair for reading and a small desk. The Master Suite has a king bed, ceiling fan + light, full bath with tub/shower combo and walk-in closet, as well as river views. The second bedroom has a full size bed, ceiling fan and nice closet space. The third bedroom has 1 twin bunk bed with twin on bottom and twin on top. There is another full bathroom upstairs shared between the other two bedrooms. Head down to the lower level and you'll find yourself in a separate apartment living space. It has small living room with carpet and tiled full kitchen with refrigerator, stove and sink. It has nice views of the river and access to second patio. Second Master Suite has Queen bed, full en-suite bathroom and stackable washer/dryer in closet.
