Appointed with a dining table for 4, laptop ready work space, a fully stocked kitchen, and balcony with patio set to enjoy the Aspen Mountain view, this vacation rental is a great choice for all travelers looking to come and experience some time in Aspen. The lofted sleeping space is equipped with a queen bed, make up table and small dresser. The living room sofa pulls out to a full bed. The space is ideal for a single, couple or small family traveling together.

The convenient location, just 3 blocks to the heart of downtown Aspen and 1/2 mile to the Aspen Mountain gondola makes this an ideal choice any time of year. In the winter you will enjoy the proximity to the ski slope. You can store your skis at the mountain and take a leisurely stroll through town in the morning, stopping at the Spring Cafe for an incredible breakfast (their Huevos Rancheros is our favorite!). In the summer months you are just a few blocks from the popular Saturday market or the Rio Grande bike and pedestrian trail. Year-round this condo is a great place to enjoy your Aspen vacation with family or friends.

This condo is located on the 2nd floor. We may be able to provide luggage assistance as needed.

A window air conditioner is provided in the loft bedroom. Fans are provided for your comfort in the living and kitchen area.

All iTrip Aspen Snowmass properties have WIFI and are stocked with a starter supply of the following: coffee, tea, paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, trash bags, sponge, dish detergent and soap, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion and hand soaps. If your home has a wood burning fireplace we provide a starter supply of wood. Additional stock of these items are available for purchase at the local grocery stores.

Aspen Pitkin County airport is located 3 miles from Aspen and 7 miles from Snowmass Village.
