"I believe my payment was mishandled I still feel as though I over paid at the counter for my stay , my room smelt like mildew, the woman at the front desk staff was not friendly at all , valet parking staff was awesome"

"It was a thoroughly bad experience. The services were terrible: the TV didn't work, the fridge didn't cool, and the air conditioning didn't cool—the room was hot. Housekeeping never serviced the room; I stayed for three nights, and during that entire time, the bed linens were never changed. Customer service was abysmal—the staff provided terrible assistance. I understand that the personnel are young and inexperienced, but they completely lacked professionalism. It was a very poor choice; given all the service failures, it is absolutely not worth the price or the location."

"The Westin Hotel is in a very nice location directly across from Lennox Square Mall. The room was fine, the beds were great! However, waking up to a Roach sitting on the toilet was unsettling! Also the person who cleaned the room the day before we left did not leave any wash cloths. Called the front desk to request cloths and never received."
