"En arrivant système informatique désuet car ni la carte Visa ni la carte débit RBC n'était acceptée alors que nous les aivons utilisées partout depuis le début du voyage et pendant notre séjour au Arte Hôtel. Avons dû courir au ATM pour retirer du liquide. Avons été très mal reçues. Inacceptable. Ensuite le reste du personnel du soir a été très serviable. Hotel OK et bien situé."

"We came here for our family holiday with 2 kids, the hotel was clean and staff were friendly. Its a very nice hotel looked stunning. room was nice and clean, we had a sea view room which was amazing kids loved it. We had half board the breakfast was ok but for dinner they didn't have much options for vegetarian's. Apart from this we loved our stay. Location was good to you have a supermarket across the road and when you walk outside thee are places to eat more supermarkets just a minute away....

"We had a gorgeous stay at Casa Cabana, the pool area was beautifully well maintained and perfect for relaxing. The breakfast was delicious and well catered, we loved the touches of coffee and eggs to order. The room was clean and we had a lovely balcony. Only slight additions we would’ve liked to see in the room is an iron, toothbrush charger/shaver port and a mirror behind the sink rather than to the side. "Loved this hotel! Very nice walk to the old town (about 2.5 miles but pathed path along the beach). There is also a taxi station (5 min walk) that will take you to the old town for a flat rate of 10€. Super nice employees and loved the all day restaurant. Provided free towels and allowed us to hang out for the day of check out even though our flight left at 9pm (provided [paid] storage lockers). Would definitely recommend!"

Even when we made a mistake and had incorrectly booked our stay, they scrambled to help us get another room, even helping to move our bags. "Honestly I have 0 complaints. I came here with my gf during quite season so got to enjoy a quite peaceful stay and had a lot of freedom around the hotel. The staff were absolutely lovely, helpful and polite. The food options were quite good on most days and the drinks at the bar from our all inclusive were excellent, we got as many drinks as we wanted whenever and bar staff did not complain one bit or seem bothered as well as the quality of the drinks did not drop. "The room was very smaller than I anticipated, so double check the size with their website. The junior room is cramped for 2 people. If you get the bigger room it’s fine. Also, I would recommend the hotel to improve the entry door security (closing properly every time and secure passcode). The noise coming from the open air rock bar could barely be heard with windows closed and we were light sleepers. Other than that the staff very extraordinarily kind and welcoming at every interaction....
