Snow settles softly across the surrounding trees, and the glow from the indoor fireplace invites you in from the winter cold. Evenings stretch into slow, fireside conversations, while the steam from the hot tub rises into the crisp alpine air. After a day on the slopes, you return to a warm, quiet retreat designed for unwinding and gathering.
Sleeping arrangements
This three-level home accommodates up to 8 guests in 4 bedrooms with 4 beds and 5.5 baths. Two primary suites each include a king bed and ensuite with a deep soaking tub, double vanity, and glass-enclosed shower. A third bedroom features a king-split bed, chaise lounge, and full ensuite, and the fourth bedroom offers a queen bed with its own ensuite with a glass-enclosed shower. A guest powder room is available, and a fifth bathroom on the lower level includes a steam room.
Outdoor living
Patios and decks provide space to step outside into the mountain setting, where you can unwind in the hot tub or gather around the outdoor fireplace. Outdoor furniture and a BBQ grill make it easy to enjoy fresh air throughout the colder season, whether warming up after skiing or taking in the quiet landscape.
Kitchen and dining
A contemporary gourmet kitchen offers the convenience of a full kitchen with a gas range, stainless steel appliances, wine fridge, and a granite breakfast bar that seats five. Meals can be shared at the dining table for ten, and the kitchen provides the essentials needed for preparing food during your stay.
Entertainment and relaxation
The formal living area includes a wood-burning fireplace and floor-to-ceiling windows that frame the snow-covered surroundings. A family room with TV offers another comfortable gathering space, and a media room with a pool table provides additional room to relax, with direct access to the hot tub. A dedicated workspace with a desk supports remote needs, and portable fans and heating help maintain comfort indoors. Home safety features include smoke and carbon monoxide alarms and a fire extinguisher.
Ski access and neighborhood
Seasonal ski-in/ski-out access is available, with ski-out located a short walk from the home on a trail suited to intermediate skiers. Beginners can take a 3-minute walk to the private gondola, which offers a 4-minute ride to Creekside Village for access to shops, restaurants, a grocery store, and the Creekside Gondola. Ski-in access is available via Upper Kadenwood, Big Timber, or Home Run trails, followed by a short walk back to the front door.
Additional amenities
Guests have access to a double-car garage with driveway parking, a private entrance, in-suite laundry, WiFi, and self check-in with a smart lock. This pet-friendly home welcomes one dog(fee applies). Long term stays are permitted for visits of 28 days or more.
Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by a driveway with space for additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.
The Neighborhood:
Kadenwood is Whistler’s most prestigious ski-in/ski-out neighborhood, perched 1,000 feet above the valley floor in a private forest setting above Creekside. Accessible by a scenic mountain road or its own private gondola, Kadenwood offers unmatched seclusion and panoramic views. While just a 10-minute drive to Whistler Village, guests enjoy direct access to Whistler Mountain’s slopes and the quiet luxury of a mountainside retreat.
Getting Around:
Kadenwood offers the luxury of ski-in/ski-out access and a private gondola, making mountain living effortless. Given its secluded and exclusive setting, our team is happy to assist with organizing a rental vehicle or private car service for seamless access to dining, shopping, and exploring Whistler beyond Creekside.
Other Things to Note:
• Kadenwood Construction. The homesite adjacent to Kadenwood 2972 is being cleared for construction. As one of the newer neighbourhoods in Whistler, several homes remain under construction in Kadenwood. Construction is most active from May to October and is permitted from 8 am - 8 pm. Guests may experience construction noise from heavy machinery, cranes, other construction-related vehicles, and workers. During the summer months, accommodation rates have been adjusted to compensate for any potential disturbances from nearby construction. We're sorry for any inconvenience.
• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbours, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
