Maison Luxembourgeoise à Vias

Lovely cottage, not facing any neighbours, with reversible air-conditioning. Renovated using the finest materials and beautifully decorated. Situated in a quiet, private, gated residence. Less than a kilometre's walk from Vias beach and shops.



Kitchen opening onto living room (fridge-freezer, induction hob + extractor fan, oven, Senseo pod coffee maker, toaster, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, large work surface).

Cosy lounge with sofa (seats 4 + 1 footrest), coffee table, large connected HD TV, storage space for board games.

Shower room (large walk-in shower, washbasin, electric towel rail, WC, washing machine, hairdryer).



Upstairs: A beautiful staircase leads to a mezzanine (double bed 140x190 + chest of drawers) and a bedroom (queen-size bed 160x200 + large wardrobe + mosquito net, fan). The bedrooms can be darkened.



Veranda overlooking the outside terrace (dining table (seats 4). South-facing terrace (stone slabs) with barbecue and patio furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

Pets allowed.

1 private parking space.



To be paid upon arrival:

Security deposit (EUR 500, bank imprint) + tourist tax (according to current rates).

Utilities (water and electricity) are included in the rental price.

End-of-stay cleaning and household linen are also included.
