The Garden apartments are 120 metres from the beach, the Resort apartments about 130 metres from the beach.

There is no entertainment programme on site, but various sports and cultural activities are on offer.

The three-room apartment for four people is on the second floor and consists of a living room-kitchen with a dining area, a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom.
